Bloomington, MN – May 23, 2016 – NEWSCYCLE Solutions announces the release of NEWSCYCLE Circulation 2016-1. The software upgrade expands the system’s Support Center application, including improved campaign landing-page design tools and user interface enhancements to simplify digital subscription sales. The latest release also supports PayPal’s Express Checkout.
“NEWSCYCLE Circulation version 2016-1 empowers users with new functionality to increase subscription sales revenue,” said Dana Midby, NEWSCYCLE’s Vice President of Product Management. “Publishers are selling more digital subscriptions to new customers than ever before, and this upgrade helps simplify and accelerate the order-to-payment processes.”
NEWSCYCLE Circulation 2016-1 includes:
Campaign Landing Page Support in iServices Subscriber
Using the responsive and adaptive design in Twitter Bootstrap 3, users can create and manage landing page layouts and subscription offers directly from smartphones or tablets to promote and increase subscription sales. Bootstrap is an intuitive and powerful mobile-first front-end framework for faster and easier web development.
Improved Digital-Centric Sales Workflow in iServices Subscriber
To simplify and improve digital subscription sales, features within iServices Subscriber and the circulation application program interface (API) are enhanced to define minimum address fields and the amount of data entered to complete the subscription sales process.
Improved Campaign Support: Geolocation Services
Using HTML5 geolocation services, Zip Codes are automatically detected to deliver campaign pages and targeted messages tailored to the customer based on geographic location, eliminating out-of-area offers.
External Application Support: PayPal Express Checkout
This new feature enables PayPal’s Express Checkout option for subscriber self-service and paywall solutions. Applications can leverage the circulation system’s API to integrate authorized payments and auto-renew requests when creating a subscription, payment or billing change.
